PRODUCTION NOTE — what you see here is the personalization layer only. In production this EDL + tokens feed a server-side ffmpeg render farm: shared footage is cut once, GEN segments and captions are re-rendered per lead, and N finished MP4s come out the other side. The renderer is out of scope for this demo; the data model is the point.
B-ROLL NOTE — the editor's GENERATE B-ROLL lane applies per lead too: GEN segment prompts carry the same tokens, so each variant can mint its own b-roll. In production that call is credit-metered and completes at minutes-latency, so per-lead clips are minted ahead of send — not on click.
SEND NOTE — in production, SEND drops each variant into your email/CRM outreach sequence (Instantly, Smartlead, HubSpot). The sender integration is out of scope for this demo; the personalization + queue is the point.
Outreach lands a client. Then the real work: this is the console that operates their ad accounts — audits every campaign on a cadence and proposes each fix behind a human approval gate. That’s the engine the pitch was selling.
